I'm looking to revamp some "All-Hands RadCon" training for my current CVN.  The Power Point Presentation I'm currently using is, quite frankly, terrible.  It looks like it was cut-and-pasted from old power point presentations from the last ten years, and it doesn't make any sense.  I usually wind up clicking through the nonsense and going off the cuff for the fifteen minutes I'm allotted.  My primary focus is (without scaring anyone) to drive home the importance of compliance to non-trained/non-skilled workers.

What do you folks out there in big kid power cover when you train non-nuke personnel for indoc and continuing training?  I'm going to slap something together tonight and tomorrow, but I can revise it as many times as needed, and I'd be glad to put your suggestions to work.
