My girlfriends' Mom has a teeny rental in Lenoir City. Her tenant works WBN, but is moving out. (after checking) Is it poor form to advertise here (and finding it is ok..)
This place is in decent shape. It's a detached building. Small. Full bathroom, connected kitchen / living area. Television with satellite, heat and air, you can enjoy the view and your coffee looking out the window over the sink...
It's a fairly quiet area, you can sort of hear the interstate occasionally, but neighbors keep to themselves, and her family are decent people.
I am told it isn't too awfully bad a drive.
I built them a website with pics prior to the last guy living there, but that's been a LONG time. I'll try to find it, though.
