Job description
Coordinates with Work Force Planning Teams (WFP) and business on scheduling and staffing needs to support business segments
Provides leadership and direction to assigned Scheduler – Analyst Level II and Level III personnel
Manages all aspects of scheduling required to support the business and project managers related to projects development and implementation including:

•Maintain configuration control of process reports / views / codes / calendars and the resource breakdown structure within the WFP Tool including administration of security groups and roles
•Generate new views / reports / codes / calendars as business needs change including functional testing of same prior to implementation in a Production database to ensure no ill effect from the changes impact Production schedules
•Maintain the Production database and a mirror image of the Production database in a DEV/QA environment weekly to monthly depending on Business needs
•Analyze and forecast business needs by skill for both demand and supply capability. This includes interface with business, project and staffing managers including contingent worker suppliers staffing managers
