Job description
The Supervisor, Rad/Chem develops, administers, and maintains training programs to support the overall Radiation Protection/Chemistry and Emergency Response Organization Qualification Programs at Callaway Plant. Key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrate high standards during classroom/lab/simulator training.
- Implement effective analysis, design, and development of training.
- Implement effective evaluation of training.
- Facilitate line organization participation in the SAT process.
- Effectively utilize time, processes, and facilities.
- Responsible for maintaining the INPO accredited training programs.
- Provide technical assistance and outage support to the plant.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
Four or more years nuclear power plant experience in applied radiation protection or chemistry activities required. Training experience in an INPO accredited program preferred.

Other
Must possess good analytical, human relations, and communication skills. Security screening required for Callaway Plant. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for additional selection procedures (e.g., interview) designated for this position.
