Job description
The Scheduler-Analyst Level III is responsible to:

Coordinates with Work Force Planning Teams (WFP) and business/project managers on scheduling and staffing needs to support assigned area
Manages all aspects of assigned scheduling required to support the WFP, engineering and project managers related to projects development and implementation including:

•Generate standardized weekly reports
•Analyze business needs by skill for both demand and supply capability. This includes interface with WFP, project and staffing managers including contingent worker suppliers staffing managers
•Analyze and determine critical skill gaps and overlaps weekly and monthly
•Analyze critical skill flow for project and during peak demand periods
•Support staffing and functional managers in maintenance of skills and staffing for projects in WFP Tool

Provides analysis and recommendations to WFP and functional managers to avoid cost or schedule variances.
