Job description
•        This position reports to the Site Vice President and is responsible for providing site management, oversight and direction to the hard line and matrixed organizations listed above
•        This includes but is not limited to attending/chairing site challenge boards, training committee meetings, management review meetings, project review boards, plant training advisory boards, leadership training reviews, and training management review meetings
•        Provides senior leadership and guidance for the corrective action process, benchmarking, and self-assessments
•        Participates in industry and fleet initiatives as needed
•        Establishes and directs objectives in accordance with the site's excellence/recovery model while ensuring work activities are performed in accordance and in compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements
•        Recommends, represents and promotes plans supporting safe, reliable, and efficient nuclear plant performance
•        May act for the Site Vice President in their absence
