Job description
Full Time / Permanent

Position Description:

•        Provides long range planning and scheduling for plant on-line maintenance and surveillances
•        Develops on-line system window schedules
•        Determines work to be accomplished in each system window and develops work schedule
•        Integrates system maintenance into the on-line maintenance schedule
•        Assists with outage schedule management
•        Utilizes strong leadership abilities to manage multiple/competing priorities and projects to meet critical deadlines
•        This position may rotate with other Work Week Managers in online scheduling and or outage scheduling as needed to support Point Beach Nuclear Plant objectives

Position Requires:

•        Ten or more years of power plant experience in maintenance, operations, engineering, or training
•        Project management desirable
•        Formerly licensed or certification desirable
•        Nuclear plant and managerial experience preferred
•        Training in project management and the utilization of project management software tools
•        Self motivated with a positive attitude, highly developed verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail
