Job description
ReNuke Services is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience and will be responsible for managing full execution of multiple industrial and commercial construction projects (offices, warehouses, garages and multi-functional facilities) from conceptual and programming phases through design development, construction, commissioning, and project close-out phase. Successful applicant must be familiar and have experience with NC Building Code, OSHA, and Environmental rules and regulations relative building construction. Please DO NOT respond if you only have residential construction experience. Location is Raleigh, NC. Pay is $27 - $28/hour and a $75.00 daily Per Diem is also available. The start date is May 2008 and will go to the end of 2008.
