Job description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Construction Supervisor Nuclear participates in Design Review Meetings and works with Design Engineering to provide input as needed and requested during design development phases. Key responsibilities include:

- Develop work packages and provide work instructions for plant modifications, and project related activities, including; safety classification, Workman's Protection Assurance, radiation protection requirements and ALARA considerations.
- Determine ASME code requirements, ensure code repair/replacement documentation is adequate, and provide ANII notification.
- Develop work fragments to determine proper sequence of work activities and provide input to Scheduler in development of implementation schedule.
- Ensure work activities are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and policies.
- Act as Project Manager in the implementation phase of projects including conducting project coordination/status meetings and providing project oversight/coordination with all work groups.
- Ensure documentation of completed work activities are complete and accurate.
- Ensure completed work packages are reviewed for regulatory and procedural compliance and then are forwarded to the proper retention authority.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor of Science degree in physical science or engineering is preferred.

Experience
Four years of power plant experience including one or more years nuclear power plant experience required.

Other
Must be able to pass a background screen for Callaway.
