Job description
OUTAGE MANAGER
Full-Time / Permanent

Position Description:
• Plan Unit 1 and 2 refueling outages, develop refueling and forced outage schedules, set outage goals, chair refueling outage meetings, and execute Seabrook Refueling Outage activities as the Outage Manager or Outage Director
• Additionally, maintains refueling outage budget as well as outage section budget
• Duties also include filling in as PPG Department Manager and may be assigned ERO duties

Position Requires:

• Candidates must possess at least twelve (12) years nuclear power experience
• Senior supervisor experience is desirable
• Candidates must possess an SRO license or equivalent training
• Candidates must also possess proven project management, planning, organization, and strong interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Qualifications: Bachelor's - Sciences; Supervising 1-3 Individuals - Competent; A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science is desirable
