Job description
Position Description:
Responsible for the Nuclear Division access authorization and fitness for duty (FFD) programs, including providing the overall technical and administrative direction and coordination for the development and implementation of these programs.

Responsible for the oversight of behavioral observation program, the insider mitigation program and the Medical Review Officer.

Responsible for authorization of unescorted access following successful completion of
required elements of the access/FFD programs.
Manages and monitors program implementation to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures/policies.
Coordinates the review of all developed information and process any inconsistent or adverse issues to resolution.
Assures periodic self-assessments of program activities and records are conducted.

Bachelors degree in a business or management-related field, or equivalent education and/or
experience. Minimum of five years of related experience in a Nuclear Security and/o access authorization/fitness for duty function.
Must possess substantial knowledge of NRC Regulations, Federal and applicable State Law as it relates to access and fitness for duty.

Position Requires: Bachelors degree in a business, technical, or management-related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Must possess substantial knowledge of NRC Regulations, Federal and applicable State Law.

Travel to plant locations as required to support plant activities.
Desired five years nuclear power plant related experience of which two years should be in a nuclear security and/or access authorization/fitness for duty function.
