Job description
Electrical First Line Supervisor manages journeymen crews in the planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance. Directs and monitors daily employee activities, employee training, performance recognition, and discipline. Makes decisions on complex supervisor issues, keeps management informed of plant issues, organizes, plans, controls and executes goals and objectives as directed by management. Ensures compliance with plant and industry requirements. Promotes and ensures necessary skill sets by maintenance personnel, safe and productive workplace, quality of work and proper application of human performance tools/error reduction techniques.

Description of ideal candidate
Position Requires: Minimum 5 years nuclear experience. Previous experience as maintenance supervisor at a commercial power plant ( PWR desired). Demonstrated leadership ability. Proficiency with MS Office desired.

Benefits and Other Informations:
Work Schedule: 9 hours days except every other Friday (8 hours). May require overtime, weekends or extended hours. Overtime and shift work during plant outages and as required to support plant operations. Position may require a rotational assignment as a training instructor or to ensure backshift coverage.
