Job description
Responsible for mechanic/utilityworker crews which support safety programs, toolroom, office moves, materials, etc. Manages bargaining unit personnel. Promotes a safe and productive workplace. Leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills required. Must be able to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems. Human Performance skills and Corrective Action Program experience. Ability to effectively deploy resources and interface with all levels of management. Must provide effective support to the Maintenance line organizations and the plant. Responsible for employee qualifications, performance and recognition.

Description of ideal candidate
Position Requires: Overtime, callout, and weekend shift may be required. Two years nuclear experience required. Five years nuclear maintenance experience desired. Leadership experience strongly desired. BACHELOR'S DEGREE DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
