Job description
DeNuke Los Alamos, NM – Hot HP Openings

DeNuke Services is announcing the opening of two, high visibility, radiological health physics positions for long term assignment at Los Alamos, NM. DeNuke, as a Team Partner and subcontractor to Portage, Inc. General Contractor to LANS for remediation of the MDAB Site at TA-21, is responsible for implementation of the RPP and On-Site Screening Lab operations.

This project will require a high level of energy, creativity and development of an intimate working knowledge of the LANS EM, RP and WM Operations protocols, due to the numerous interfaces that will be established in the planning phase of the project, scheduled to start June 1. After operational readiness is achieved in ~February 2009, the project will excavate the first 10 trenches of High Hazard wastes created at Los Alamos from the Manhattan Project, disposed from 1944 to 1948. Completion ids planned for the fall 2010.

Experience in administration of PPE programs that are Level A, with Blast Protection and current LANS RP Qualification and training records are minimum requirements.
