Job description
Position Description:

•        Responsible for the administration and management of Station performance improvement
•        To include, but not necessary limited to the areas of corrective action, self assessment, human performance, benchmarking and operating experience
•        The Performance Improvement Department utilizes the Plants corrective action database and the industry's operating experience database to provide station departments with areas of improvement in the form of adverse trends, recommended self assessments and comparisons to the industry best standards
•        In addition, this department provides ownership for introducing and facilitation of human performance and error prevention tools
•        Maintains station performance improvement indicators and analyzes indicators for effectiveness

Description of ideal candidate
Position Requires:

•        Bachelor's Degree - Sciences
•        7 years commercial nuclear experience
•        3 years supervisory experience
•        2 years experience with self assessment and human performance programs
•        Proficient in Word, Spreadsheet and scheduling applications
•        Ability to effectively manage and direct multiple tasks simultaneously
•        Analytical skills
