Job description
Exelon Corporation is currently looking for an Senior Corrective Action Program (CAP) Coordinator in our Operations Department at our LaSalle Nuclear Power Station, located in Marseilles, IL.

Primary Purpose of the Job:
This individual has functional responsibility for the Operations Department Corrective Action program and is the CAP coordinator for the Department.

Major Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate/perform apparent cause/root cause evaluations 2. Coordinates Action Tracking Program for Operations 3. Function as Operations CAPCO which includes reviewing CR's initiated in the last 24 hours, determination of corrective actions, and ensuring corrective actions are tracked to completion. 4. Prepare Performance Indicators for Operations. 5. Perform special projects as assigned. Job Scope: This position is directly involved in all Operations Condition Reports. As such, the position interfaces with numerous site management to ensure proper classification and corrective action to achieve improved plant performance.

Educational/Licensure/Experience requirements (technical or academic) for candidates for this position:

Required:
--Current NRC SRO license or SRO Certification
--OR Previous SRO with BS in Technical discipline with 6 years applicable experience
--OR H.S. Diploma with 10 Yrs directly applicable experience with 5 years exempt position experience
--OR Assoc Degree with 8 years directly applicable with 4 years exempt position experience
--Must be Root Cause Qualified
