Job description
Position Description: Responsible for engineering tasks, processes and deliverables which can require broad nuclear plant engineering experience and application of engineering
principles. Works independently with broad supervisory review and has wide latitude to exercise decision making and judgment. Independently performs engineering tasks that require
knowledge and experience with nuclear industry standards and regulations. Can effectively communicate and perform the lead role in a group situation to resolve problems. Coordinate
engineering performance activities for Design Engineering, Plant Engineering, Engineering Projects and Engineering Support. Activities include: Trending including KPI development and
maintenance. Condition report system coordination and management. Human Performance trending and improvement initiatives. ESP training and qualification coordination. Engineering
self assessment coordination and monitoring. Engineering Business Plan development and monitoring. Engineering procedures and manuals maintenance. Engineering presentation
development, i.e. status meetings. Engineering evaluations, assessments and analyses. Instruction for Engineering processes.

Position Requires: Bachelor's - Engineering; Bachelor of Science or related engineering degree preferred. Minimum of (5) years of nuclear power plant experience with training and/or
experience in nuclear technologies preferred. Experience with Condition Reporting Systems, performance trending and/or SAT training process preferred. Plant operating experience is
preferred for configuration control activities. Position may be filled at a lower level based on education, experience, and qualifications.

Work Schedule: 9/80 work schedule, working (9) hours per day, 0700-1630, with every other Friday off. Overtime and call outs required for emergent work, plant outages and other conditions
as necessary.

Comments: May be assigned to support the Emergency Response Organization.

Adaptability - Competent Organization Skills - Competent Bachelor's Sciences or technology. Additional Qualifications: Effective verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to work with
multiple group disciplines
