Job description
Provides leadership and direction to the instrument and controls maintenance organization. This includes organizing, directing, coordination and controlling the conduct of instrument and controls maintenance during performance of maintenance. Also responsible for reinforcing safe work practices, oversight of their respective training program, and control of their departments budget. Ensure compliance with Maintenance Procedures and Work Instructions during the performance of maintenance and modification activities. Ensure overall material condition and housekeeping of shops, laboratories and plant areas assigned. Periodically fills in for Maintenance Manager. Will supervise the work of the I&C first line supervisors and I&C Technicians.

Position Requires: High School Grad / GED; Knowledge of power plant systems and I&C controls equipment/apparatuses. Previous supervisory experience. Demonstrated effective leadership experience. Ten years responsible maintenance related experience, with at least 7 years of which has been spent in positions in nuclear power.

Qualifications: Bachelor's - Engineering; Effective Written Communications - Competent; Team Problem Solving - Competent
