Job description
STP Nuclear Operating Company proudly provides electricity to

Manager,Compensation and Benefits

Individual will provide strategic management direction in the
development, coordination and administration of the company’s
compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with
all state and federal regulations and maintain a competitive
market position. The successful candidate will oversee all
programs including employee welfare plans, pension and 401K
plans, executive incentive, deferred compensation and bonus
programs, and overall salary structure administration.
Individual must have a strong working knowledge of ERISA,
FLSA, COBRA, FMLA and other applicable state and federal
regulations. Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred, SAP a plus.
The position requires a minimum of ten years experience in
benefits and compensation program administration with
three years in a supervisory/management role. In addition, a
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human
resources management is strongly preferred.
