Job description
Direct Hire

This position reports to the Site Vice President and is responsible for providing site management, oversight and direction to the hard line and matrixed organizations. Attends / chairs site challenge boards, training committee meetings, management review meetings, project review boards, plant training advisory boards, leadership training reviews, and training management review meetings. Provides senior leadership and guidance for the corrective action process, benchmarking, and self-assessments. Participates in industry and fleet initiatives as needed. Establishes and directs objectives in accordance with the site's excellence/recovery model while ensuring work activities are performed in accordance and in compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Recommends, represents and promotes plans supporting safe, reliable, and efficient nuclear plant performance. May act for the Site Vice President in their absence.

Description of ideal candidate
Bachelor's degree and related supervisory experience at a nuclear facility.
