Job description
***THIS IS A PERM OPPORTUNITY IN OUR POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT****


Position Description: Plan Unit 1 and 2 refueling outages, develop refueling and forced outage schedules, set outage goals, chair refueling outage meetings, and
execute Point Beach Refueling Outage activities as the Outage Manager or Outage Director. Maintains refueling outage budget as well as outage section budget.
Fills in as PPG Department Manager and may be assigned ERO duties.

Position Requires: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science desirable. At least twelve (12) years nuclear power experience. enior supervisor experience
desirable. Candidates must possess an SRO license or equivalent training. Proven project management, planning, organization, and strong interpersonal skills,
as well as problem solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
