Job description
POSITION TITLE:        MECHANICAL REMOTEABILITY / MACHINE DESIGN ENGINEER

DUTIES:
Provide engineering support services on assigned our client Engineering Teams. Engineering support services include engineering analysis, design development and generation of design output documents including but not limited to: Material Handling Design; Mechanical Equipment Design; Mechanical Equipment Specifications; Failure Analysis; Finite Element Analysis; ASME Code Design and Evaluation; and Vendor Document Reviews.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience/Skills:
Candidate must demonstrate five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of ASME B31.3 code requirements. Candidate demonstrating experience in 2D Microstation Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
