Vermont Yankee Rx Core

  Workers do maintenance on the open core of the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant in Vernon, Vt. in this Dec. 1985 file photo. Carl Drega, the gunman in a shooting spree in Colebrook, N.H., worked as contractor at the plant in 1992 and again in 1995.
