  Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant - 12 miles WSW of San Luis Obispo, CA.

FAA has issued a NOTAM (FDC 1/1980) prohibiting all General Aviation flights within a 10 nautical mile radius and below 18,000 feet of numerous nuclear sites throughout the United States.
