Torness Nuclear Power Station

  Torness nuclear power station is located near Dunbar in East Lothian. Built to a British design, this Advanced Gas-cooled Reactor (AGR) station can produce up to 1364 MW from its twin reactors. Owned by British Energy plc, it was commissioned in 1988.
