Mound

  Mound produces cable assemblies, timers, actuators, ignitors, and detonators for activating the explosives surrounding the plutonium core of the bomb. It also does research on tritium, a thermonuclear fuel. Mound has a workforce of 2,300. Miamisburg, Ohio. May 22, 1984.
