Jobboard addition

Rennhack:
I added some 'inner tabs' to the job board.  It's basically the menu thats at the left side in the job board, now also at the top.

I always look at the top of a page, and not over on the left for options, and I figure you do too.

It was a fairly complex operation, so let me know if I messed anything up.

Rennhack:
Come on you guys, you know how I need to be fluffed once in a while.

Look at the new tabs in the job board, and let me know if they suck, or are useful.

You da man again!  Another great site upgrade.  It looks simple but I know it had to take quite awhile.  Great job Mike.
