A friend recently got hired into a direct to SRO position, an option until just then I did not even know exisited...How often do these type of job openings come up?  Do they all pay as well? (Six Figures)  Are there any plants currently doing this?  And if so, which ones?

There are roughly 36 million threads on this very same topic on this very board. I bet if you had the get up and go to use the SEARCH FUNCTION you could find your answers AND prove you belong in the industry.
