Thank you so much for the opportunity to provide hotel accommodations for your guests and employees. As you requested, following is a brief proposal outlining information about the hotel and how we can address your needs to insure a very successful outcome.

The Legacy Suites Extended Stay is pleased to extend the following Special Corporate Rates:
$179.00 per week (7 days) for single/double occupancy
$793.00 per month (31 days) for single/double occupancy
Valid from June 1, 2015 thru August 31, 2015.
$209.00 per week (7 days) for single/double occupancy
$850.00 per month (31 days) for single/double occupancy
Valid rom September 1, 2015 thru December 31, 2015
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, handling or pet fees. This rate also does not include linen service.
A refundable deposit of $150.00 will be required when checking in. Early departures will not be prorated, and the remaining balance will be applied as an early departure fee. Additional nights will be subject to the Best Available Rate.
