  I have a brand new beautiful, private, high end 900 square foot guest house that is fully furnished located in Goodyear, AZ. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, with 22 foot ceilings, 2 large flat screen TV's, laundry onsite, office set up and parking right next to the home It is clean, safe and quiet. The house has it's own private drive and security gate. Many extra amenities such as an elite 45 foot pool, barbeque and fire table! I am asking $2500.00 monthly for any rental term under 6 months. This fee includes unlimited WiFi, Dish 200 package or comparable, all utilities and monthly cleaning service. This rental will surpass all of your expectations!!
