Lake Erie Condo Rental. One Bedroom unit with one bath. This unit sits on the water in the cove at Green Cove Condos. It gives you great access to Lake Erie. The unit is located in Green Cove Condominiums Oak Harbor, OH. You are within easy walking distance of numerous charter services that are about 1 block from the unit. You are in some of the best walleye and perch fishing in the country within minutes. This unit has 1 queen bed 3 sleeper sofas. LCD TV with DirecTV Service, full kitchen w/Ref. Range, Microwave, Dishwasher and A/C. Condo is located between Toledo, OH and Port Clinton, OH. 32 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park.
The complex offers a heated pool, basketball court, tennis courts and fish cleaning station.
The rate is $89.00 per night + tax with a two night minimum stay. The weekly rate is $500.00 per week + tax. The rate is for up to 4 people. Additional guests require an additional charge. There is a 26' boat dock right in front of the unit that is available for an extra $10.00 per day. There is a 20% security deposit. Guests are responsible cleaning of the unit upon depaerture. Guests are required to bring there own linens and towels etc...

Very attractive newer one bedroom, one bath, well maintained condominium decorated in a nautical theme. It has a balcony off the bedroom and a louvered glass enclosed screen porch off the living room. The bedroom has a queen size bed, double dresser, chair, nightstand, TV and VCR. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with two skylights and a spectacular ships sail paddle fan. It also has a Queen size sofa bed, queen size futon, entertainment center with cable TV, AM/FM Stereo, coffee table and end table. There is a six foot sliding glass patio door opening to the glass enclosed screened in porch with a table and 4 chairs. This is a great place to have your coffee in the morning and watch the ducks and geese swimming or a cocktail in the evening while watching the sunset and the fish jumping in the lagoons .The porch overlooks Lake Erie and the lagoons with a spiral staicase going down to the boat dock that has an electric hookup and water available. Bring your Jet-Ski or boat up to 30 foot and dock it at the back door. It has a fully equipped galley kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher. It is separated from the living room with a wet bar counter and stools on the living room side. The full size bathroom has a vanity with a sink and has a full size tub with a shower. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience. This is in the newest and most sought after phase of the Green Cove Condominiums. It is completely stocked with towels, linens, cookware, dishware, utensils, glasses and etc. This is a quiet end unit on the second floor that is very bright and airy. There is a covered carport right at the front door. There is a charcoal BBQ and picnic table next to the carport. Boat launch, marina, gas dock and charter boats in the resort complex. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts, sandy beach on the lake and a catch and release fishing pond for the kids. There is a restaurant, convenient store, gas station and a lounge on the complex. This condominium has a vacation resort feel to it the minute you arrive here
