Rental rate: For occupancy of up to 3 persons -- $600 per week; $1,800 per month [plus 6% lodging tax for rentals less than 30 days]. Includes all utilities. A fully refundable damage security deposit is required -- $500 for rentals of one month or more; $200 for weekly rentals. Departure cleaning fee - $130.
