We provide furniture, linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, glasses, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.
Coin laundry in each building.
Background check is required ($35/person).
This is a NON SMOKING or VAPING & NO ANIMAL unit.
Short Term extendable lease is required. Anyone staying in the unit 1 day or more must sign the lease.
