Local Union Numbers for Nuclear Plants
« on: Feb 07, 2008, 09:41 »
I have attempted to collect the Local Union Numbers for each nuclear power plant (for traveling nuclear craft workers, not house employees), in an attempt to make the traveling craft workers life a little easier.  There are some empty spots in the list.  If you know of any Union Numbers that are missing from the list, or have corrections to this list, please email me, or reply here.  I have recently updated the list to also include an approximate location of the facility.  At the bottom of this post is a high resolution pdf of the list for you to download.

AW   Asbestos Worker
BM   Boiler Maker
CP   Carpenter
EL   Electrician
IW   Iron Worker
LB   Laborer
MW   Millwright
OE   Operating Engineers
PA   Painters
PF   Pipe Fitter
SM   Sheet Metal

When you click that link, it downloads a PDF file, that you have to look at. Depending on what software you use too look at the internet, you would find it in different places.  In my browser, Firefox, it just makes a little grey arrow turn blue... I have to click on that blue arrow to view my downloads.  In Microsoft edge, a little dialog box pops up at the bottom of my screen, asking what I want to do with it.

I'm guessing that you are using something that behaves like Firefox, just downloads it in the background, and never prompts you to do something with it.
