Correction to McLovin - The RO who gave me my tour at Vogtle was "covered".  Guess that is the lingo for union.  SRO are salary.

I know at Turkey Point there are some barginning unit SROs but I believe they are trying to go away from that.  The Field Supervisor is normally a barginning unit SRO but to be a Unit Supervisor you have to be part of management and put on the white shirt.
