Tank cleaning help needed

Surely there is a better way to clean the muck out of tanks other than vacuuming it out into drums. Its a mess and leaves you with some very hot 55 gal drums to dispose of.  Do you use a vendor?  Any special tooling?

Used Nukem once on a tank project - vacuumed into a liner, and dried the sludge. Just ended up with a bigger, hotter container.....but fewer moves, less handling.  :P
