Somebody get this NUB a "Principles of Comedy" qual card ASAP.  He is obviously DINQ in that section.

Ain't that the truth! My favorite continuation of that;

Coner to me: "I could have been a nuke, but I was smarter than that."

That isn't just true about Coners, it goes throughout the Navy that deals with Nuclear Power.  The best ones were the ones that claimed that they scored too high to be a nuke on the ASVAB yet when I looked at their ASVAB they had waivers for too low of scores.

It pretty much was
"I could have been a nuke, but __________________<- Insert reason such as "wanted to be a cook" or "thought that AO school would have been harder" or etc, etc.

JustinHEMI05:
LOL ya, about the only guys I knew that could make a legit claim that "I could have been a nuke..." were FTs.

I was the paperwork pusher in boot camp so I got to see everyone's ASVAB score and such.  Believe it or not(I am walking on air), there were some guys that went SEaL but qualified to go to Nuke School.  Just shows the Navy takes all kinds.
