I Modified my previous post to include more info.

There are several parks within 10mis. of the plant. Problem is they just aren't listed.
I found them by driving the back roads
They mostly are in the $300mo. price range. If you have a large rig there could be a problem.
Here are what I found.....I'm sure there are others

Opening up a new campground near Lake Jocassee in Salem SC, we are about one mile from Lake Jocassee/ Bad Creek Hydro and ten miles from Duke Power Nuclear Station. It's my first time at Oconee and I just found out that I have to be there in 5 days. Does anyone know of any apartment complexes or even cabin sites that offer short term rentals? I'd need it for three months. I've been online all day looking and haven't come up with much.

Any help would be appreciated.

Carolina Landing in Fair Play, tell them Camella Black sent you. If they are full try lake hartwell campground cabins in Townville. The later is basically one room with bed and tv and bath house but I've stayed there before.

Keowee Falls RV Park welcomes all nuke workers and we're sure you'll love it here. We are on a nice cove of lake Keowee. We have gorgeous lake views, hiking trails, playground, private docks, boat storage, a gorgeous pavilion with a large gorgeous gas grill, a smoker and plenty of room for relaxing out of the sun, on the beach, or around one of the fire pits. We are pet friendly so bring your buddy along.

We can accommodate any size RV. We have 30amp service for $450 and 50 amp service for $550 which include water, sewer, electric and FREE WIFI. We also have a few campers that are all set up, for rent, just give me a call for prices. They have everything you need, all you need to do is bring your clothes and toiletries and you're ready to go. Why stay in a trailer park or hotel room when you can live in a nice campground.

Call Tracy as soon as possible. Spaces fill quickly during outages.

I am going to Oconee for the outage at last minute and I need a place to stay. I don't have an rv or camper and am having trouble finding a place. I have other people that are willing to room with me because they don't have a place either. If anyone can help please let me know!!!!

I remember working there many years ago and staying in some little motel. Being this was fall we had to leave a couple of weekends as the rooms were booked for the Clemson game a year in advance. Something to think about.
