Just to be clear, I'm not looking for you guys to enter the contest.  I'm more interested in your feedback on the logo's that other people create.

Mike, Just to get this straight...we are just voting on the logos but you are not asking for our Nukeworkers to design an update to our Nukeman?  Is this contest for Logo Tournament and we as Nukeworkers cannot design our own logo and enter without becoming a Logo Tournament member?  I've seen the design quality of our Nukeworkers on the walls of the best containments for years and think we should start at home and see what we've got to offer. What do others think? :-\

So far the pickings are slim. I actually like the current logo with the #10 added (which was not accepted) better than the two submitted designs. I would encourage those of you out there that are great at creating graphics to enter the contest.

Honestly, none of the artwork submitted yet will be accepted, I just didn't want to throw everything in the trash, and discourage them.

I hate to say it, but I agree with Camella on this one.  I am glad Rennhack is not using any of the ones now because they all suck with the exception of the discarded 10 one that Camella and I think is the best.  The gas mask really sucked!!!!!  LOL

Depending on what we get for a finished product, we may just use it to only celebrate our 10 year Anniversary.  However, if we find one we really like, we might just upgrade.

Attached below is one of the samples.

The contest runs for 14 days, and I'm told that most of the activity in in the last 2 days.

Yes , I agree, This is the best so far.  The offerings got a whole lot better today than yesterday!!!   On a scale of 1 to 10 Yesterdays Offerings were a 2.  Todays are getting there.  I give them a 9!!!!  Can add the 10 in there for this year and keep him is my vote.   Maybe we can have a running Poll which we can change our vote if we like a better offering!!

I expect there to be over a hundred entries, we are at 18 right now.  Like I said, most of the action is in the last 2 days.  But it is important to rank them every few hours, and give each picture feedback.

So for the next 10 days, please look at the entries every few hours, and give me your feedback.  Refer to them by the # below the picture, the current 1st place image is #17.  Any feed back we can give each image is important.

Since I'll never ever use PayPal, I'll exhibit my humble creation here. The idea is, subtle changes along the same existing theme, to compliment the original and carry it forward into the future. The cash drifting off gives a sense of motion, somewhat like the dry ice fumes from mad scientist beakers in the movies.

I also LOVE #17!!  It looks more 'natural' in the facial features than the others.

#18 gets my vote currently.  I like the attachment it keeps with the current logo - sort of an evolution/progression feel, vice a wholesale "throw everything out and start over with a new one".  And as cheeky as it may sound, I even like its color scheme.

I agree with Rennhack, A black Treifoil is almost a most because most places use it,  Maybe Nukeworker.com below his feet.  A more muscled up version maybe we can see what it looks like.  17 Still is the best!!

#17 is still my favorite.  Although, maybe have the nukeworker logo below his feet.  How about his right hand on his right hip... as though he's a superhero.  With his hand in a fist, he looks like he's mad.  I don't care for the other version where he has his hand in an A-OK.

But, I do prefer the lighter green can of #17.

I appreciate the feedback.  I AM passing it on to the designers, and it is helping us to get a better logo.  Thank you.
