Well I bet if you used correct spelling and punctuation you'd be more likely to get an answer.

Serious answer: I got nothing.  I do know that if you can get clearance to be on a submarine, then, at least to me, it would be logical that you would be able to get clearance for nuke since the clearance level is the same for cone and nuke.  Not sure why it would be an issue, but I've found that when you ask questions about stuff that you think is logical, you step on toes you didn't realize you were going to, though that could just be my unique, uber-PC presentation style.

Anyway, Mike was saying that there is a handy spell check feature for the forum, and that those who post here place great importance on the quality of English used in people's posts.  Consider it an introduction to the nuclear world, as opposed to the text/IM world.

If you can't be a nuke, its not the end of the world.  Try to work on the LAN if you can't get nuke, they seem to have the best prospects outside of nuke.  And use your time in the Navy, no matter where, to work on your college degree.  Do not waste all your time drinking (I say this with a giant vodka-cranberry beside me, but I already finished my degree). And that's all I got.

BTW, a deep tan and a thick accent are probably not helpful for getting into the nuclear program.  ;D ;) ;D ... :o :o Wait, I meant, uhhh, stay inside a bit more, I mean, uhhhhhhhh ...  I'll to stop digging, wait, what's that?  Eight degrees left for Australia you say, well in that case...

It wasn't meant to be funny but if you can't see that you're probably not meant to be a nuke.

i am currently secf and if i dont get in. i will still go for a nuke degree then transfer to be a nuke.
solution #2 i heard that i can send another waiver when i am in boot camp if i am lucky enough to get it then i dont need solution 1 :)

They don't run any additional waivers once you get to boot camp.  If your waiver was recently denied, the same people will still be in place when you get to boot camp so don't expect a miracle.  If there is some other positive note that would make you look better for your waiver you can give it another shot.  However, few waivers are denied for those that have already become citizens.  I am skeptical about whether you gave the full story.  Either way, good luck and thank you for your service.
