Tony Taliaferro

Anthony (Tony) Taliaferro passed away Saturday morning at Vanderbilt Hospital after a lengthy illness.  Tony was a house tech at Browns Ferry from 1985 to 2005 and prior to that was a tech at Newport News shipbuilding.  No arrangements have been announced.

Tony was a kind man, hearing the news makes me reflect on the passing of a another kind man, Mr Newbie.
My thoughts and prayers go out to both families lest we forget our fallen friends. Browns Ferry hasn't lost
two fine men rather they have enriched our lives by knowing them.

Such sad news.  I enjoyed the time I spent with Tony while at BFN.  He told some great stories and had a way of looking at the world that was like no one else.  He will surely be missed.
