I was trying to see if anyone local to the San Diego/Los Angeles (SONGS) area knew of a auto transport company that transports nationwide.

There are several good ones rated on eBay. I don't recall the names offhand, just look up any highly rated dealer listing a newer model car, they usually plug the top 2 or 3 transporter companies on their listings

Just as a point of reference, I just had a VW Jetta shipped from Orlando (Ebay purchase) to Kennewick, WA, for $750.  Can't make a much longer trip than that. I tried using the online quoting sites, and the average quote was for $975, give or take $100. That's paying the middle man (broker).  Good luck.
