Photo Section Updated

Rennhack:
You can now upload into any album on the site. 

If you want to create your own album, click on "Admin Mode" then "Create Album" to create your own Picture albums!

Here's the response from our folks in Washington who review information before it is posted on the web site.  As you probably know, we initially removed some information from our website after 9/11/01.  Information was restored only after it was thoroughly reviewed.

I just updated the photo software last night. 

1: Everyone can now post pictures (Fixed permissions)
2: Everyone can even crop and rotate pictures online now! (Upgrade to software)
3: I also Fixed the look of that section. (Update to curent site look)
