OPS Turnover Rate
« on: Mar 10, 2010, 10:40 »
Hello Everyone,

Presently I am a college student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business. One of my classes is Human Resources. One of the class requirements is to write a paper concerning an issue in the HR field. I choose to write about the turnover rate in the operations department in the nuke utilities industry. If anyone of you could point me toward any resources regarding the issue I would be grateful.

The reason that I choose that problem is because I hold an Associate degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology. As part of my degree I was able to intern at a nuclear power plant where I gathered data regarding the turnover rate in OPS. I have also gone to Professional Reactor Operator Society website searching for the information but I found very little.

Thank you.
