Congrats to Andrew Black on new job.
« on: Aug 05, 2010, 10:39 »
Just wanted to let everyone know how proud we are of our son Andrew who works for Southern Company at Farley. He began his career as a walk on hire at Maine Yankee a few years back with Bartlett and has never stopped moving forward. He was hired by Southern Company this year as a Admin Assistant and now has been promoted to a Procedure Writer on top of passing his certification with the PPA.

I know that my mom and dad and two brothers are looking down and saying way to go Andy for carrying on the family tradition of working in this wonderful world of nuclear power. Our family has traveled a long road in this industry since 1974 when my dad decided to go back to college and get his degree from CFCC in Ocala.

Congrats
Remember who you love. Remember what is sacred. Remember what is true.
Remember that you will die, and that this day is a gift. Remember how you wish to live, may the blessing of the Lord be with you
