May have forgotten to mention somthing at MEPS

Hello everyone,
To start off, I just want to say that I am currently in DEP and I can't wait (hopefully) to get started in this career.

So here's the story:  I went to a doctor almost a year ago and got a prescription for Paxil, the doctor never diagnosed me with any specific disorder or anything, but gave me the prescription anyway.  I got the prescription because I was going through a hard time in my life, but I never even ended up using the stuff.

So, fast forward to recruiting and MEPS:  While filling out all of the paperwork, they would ask specific questions like, "have you been prescribed medication for depression?" I figured that since I had not been officially diagnosed, I would just answer no to all of these questions.  But now that I see that they will be doing a fairly thorough background check on me I am wondering if this will cause any issues for me in the future.  I pretty much plan on talking to my recruiter as soon as possible, but I am also wondering how much this will jeopardize my future as a Nuke if I do bring it up now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
