What does it mean by Resume Title?
It seems self explanatory. It's the title you give the document. Typically, a summary of you, like "Radiological Engineer", or "MARSSIM Engineer", "Sr. Buyer", "Jack of all trades, master of none", "PITA", "Human Resources Generalist", or even "Chucky's Get 'er Done Resume".

When an employer does a search, the first thing they see is your resume title, and your name. So the Title is very important, it could mean the difference between them looking at it, or not.
