Overall consensus of the MOX plant?

How is the morale of the MOX site? I am interested in a startup position out there.

I would think very long before jumping to MOX.  Their future is very iffy.  So far only TVA is using any of the MOX in their plants, and its questionable if anyone else will get onboard.  There is big demand to stop the construction since its since a crap shoot as to whether it will be a success.  Also, high turnover in personnel.  Experienced people leaving for jobs in private nuke construction for better money.
