SSS-IT - New Grads
« on: Mar 10, 2011, 02:07 »
This is for new engineers to help fill spots. Does anyone know what the interview for this position would consist of? Is it a one-on-one interview, or a panel? I would greatly appreciate feedback from anyone with first hand experience in this.

When I had my interview for SSS-IT at Farley it was me and 4 interviewers, but only one asked questions.  Not sure if it will be the same for the new plants.  Good luck to you.

I am currently going through In-Processing for Vogtle 3+4. When I interviewed for NPOIT I had a four person committee: Ops Manager, Ops Superintendent, an SRO, and a HR Analyst. The HR Analyst was there just to make sure everything was completed properly. During the introductions I was given a list of five questions that would be discussed for the interview. All three ops personnel asked questions, and follow up questions.
