From the Preface to the Sixth Edition, "There has been almost an epidemic of new two-year college programs springing up...".

To what extent will this text be used in these new programs.

Will it become the text of choice.

I think it would be at least near top of list for a two year program.    Cember is upper level undgrad/grad level.  I haven't seen anything besides Gollnick that would fit.
